Good meals with hot drinks. Recently renovated, beautifully maintained room with a sleeper sofa. Comfortable bed plus a thermostat. EXCELLENT staff. Magnificent location to the store I was training at, in the shopping area. Rewritten: They served good meals along with hot drinks. The room had recently been renovated and was beautifully maintained, featuring a sleeper sofa. I loved the comfortable bed and having a thermostat in the room. The staff were excellent and the hotel's location was perfect for the store where I was training, situated in a shopping area.

The room was well laid out with a sofa, and I slept very well. The location was absolutely perfect and magnificent, close to a variety of restaurants and fast food options. Also, it was conveniently close to many good restaurants.

The facilities were clean and the staff was very kind and helpful. We had a computer glitch with our reservation and a late night check in, but they came up with a solution. Breakfast was very good.
It's an ok value. As regular travelers and frequent Hampton Inn guests, it felt a little overpriced given that some of the amenities were a little out of date. That said, it is outside a decent sized city, so the price is ok.

The front desk people were nice
The fact that I asked to switch my room from a single to a double but they didn't make the change though they agreed to

The front desk staff Alex and JoJo were very nice young men. They made us feel right at home. Alex never stopped smiling
Housekeeping was a nuisance they came into our room unannounced like an hour after we checked in. When it was time to check out they interrupted our slept by banging on the door at 9 when check out wasn't until 12.

The location here was wonderful and comfortable in every aspect, and the breakfast provided was outstanding with a variety of delicious options like waffles, sausage, and eggs.

Having shredded cheese at breakfast to add to grits and eggs was nice.
Supposedly was a non-smoking hotel, but hallways smelled of smoke. I appreciated the idea of turkey sausage and southwestern omelettes at breakfast, but it all tasted like it came out of a box. My husband is allergic to bell peppers so he would've appreciated just plain eggs that he could put cheese on. Also, we only stayed one night, but housekeeping knocked on our door at 10am to clean our room. Since checkout is a noon, I'm not sure why housekeeping even bothered to come by. Or were they not told that we weren't staying another night? Regardless, they should start cleaning rooms that are empty when they first arrive.

Location: the hotel was just off also close to many good restaurants. Dined at Jasmine Buffet, it was at a short distance from the venue.
